Eye Screenings by an Ophthalmologist
We offer a monthly eye clinic by referral on Monday afternoons at 841 Case Street. Clinic provides eye screenings for disease of the eye (not vision screenings) and referrals for more intensive treatment if necessary. Screenings available for patients with diabetes (as recommended by the American Diabetes Association) and by referral.
Clinic requires referral from a physician.
